Discharge Rates and Times
|
|
Permittable discharge rates and times can be entered and reviewed
quickly from a single click on the Accounts menu. This allows
any staff with access to TradeWaste Plus to ascertain this
information.
TradeWaste Plus also comes with a login facility to assign priorities
to your users. You can assign an edit or query privelege which limits
what users can do. Query users can see all of the information but
not save any changes to the database.

Treatment Devices and Self Monitoring
|
|
For each account you can enter multiple treatment devices, sample
points and self monitoring results. Photos and documents can also
be linked directly to a treatment device.
You also control the admission limits of trade waste and the
maximum permittable values. When you then enter the results of a
self monitoring test, you can immediately see if the values are
acceptable.

|
External Linkages
|
|
TradeWaste Plus can also be used to store other ancillary information
including linkages which allow you to integrate the application
with your desktop GIS.
TradeWaste Plus can be integrated with desktop mapping applications
such as ArcView, GenaServer, and other web derivants.
The application also comes with the full list of ANZSIC business
codes to help you identify the business type for sharing with other
users of the information.

Reminders
|
|
There is a reminders component to TradeWaste Plus which allows you
to schedule various events for a single account or for all of your
accounts. With this tool, senior management can quickly guage
upcoming events with one click from the Accounts menu or jump station.
Reminders can be acknowledged and rescheduled and each can be one
of a pre-built list of types.

|
Environmental Information
|
|
Environmental profiles can also be built about each trade waste
account. You can store the contaminants contained in the trade waste,
average and peak production of BOD5, average suspended solids and
oil and grease, temperate and pH ranges.
You can also record water usage on the site, how stormwater run
off is managed and what chemicals are stored on-site in the
case that these should appear in the trade waste.

Reporting
|
|
TradeWaste Plus comes with an informative yet extremely easy to use
report builder. Reports can be generated on the selected account,
inspections, notifications or self monitoring. Each report can be
limited to certain information or restrained by a date range.
Each report can be printed, saved as HTML or displayed directly
in Microsoft Word for other use.
