You can use SWARM to record scientfic results of some of the
testing that you perform. As well as the ability to record
above ground irrigation tests for each septic account, you can
also create and test water quality and soil sample sites.
These features can be used to record changes in the environment
from known locations. These sample sites can also be integrated
in the map window for graphical representation.
You can record the following for each category:
- Water quality: dissolved oxygen, biochemical
oxygen demand (BOD), total dissolved solids, temperature, pH,
nitrates, phosphates, faecal coliform, turbidity

Complaints Management
|
|
You can use SWARM to record complaints made about septic systems

surround a particular septic system.
Complaints can be resolved and results of inspections and outcomes
recorded.
