Manningham Perspective is an application that was developed by
Woodward IT for the Councillors of Manningham City Council in Melbourne.
It's purpose is to provide the display and query of map information on
laptops without the need for proprietary GIS software.
The application natively reads and displays ESRI shape files, as well
as orthorectified images in an ArcImage Catalogue. It is also integrated
with a snapshot of the parcel database to allow the user to search
for properties by address or owner name.
